red and green salad in orange dressing

End of winter, beginning of spring… You can combine the flavors of the two seasons in this colorful dish. All you have to do is:

– slice up a few radishes

– grate a raw red beet on top

– prepare the following dressing: rice vinegar + some freshly squeezed orange juice + canola oil + sea salt; add to the first two vegetables and combine well

– lay on a bed of green lettuce

– sprinkle with chopped walnuts (I would use whole walnuts that I would crack open and chop myself)
